Hans Boodt Mannequins produces 70 000 mannequins a year and sells and ships to worldwide destinations in around 70 countries. The customer base consists of independents, store chains, brands, department stores & International partners. HBM is on a mission for the future; even more growth and therefore more sales both nationally and internationally. You will be the first point of contact per e-mail and/or telephone. Understanding the customer and translate their wishes into sales are the foundation. You will have plenty of opportunity to use your sales talent for our international clients and potentials. The most important success factor is expertise, trust and building a good relationship with the customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Control the entire sales process by means of:

  • Provide information about and making contact with customers and potentials
  • Setting up offers
  • Sealing the deal
  • Follow-up on marketing leads & campaigns
  • Follow-up on orders and deliveries
  • To be able to build a long-term relationship with customers
  • Aftersales
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • HBO working and thinking level
  • Strong sales skills
  • Knowledge, expertise and creativity in achieving sales targets
  • You are able to work as a teamplayer, but also to be responsible for your own results
  • Broad and relevant experience in (international) sales
  • Affinity with fashion/retail is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the MS Office package and various automated systems (preferably Navision)
  • Driven by a result and solution-oriented workethic
  • You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing at a business level, German and Spanish are a plus
  • You live in the Rotterdam area
