STUDIO3D ARTIST

Hans Boodt Mannequins designs and produces 200,000 mannequins per year and sells and ships to worldwide destinations in over 70 countries. The customer base consists of independent entrepreneurs, retail chains, brands, department stores & international partners.
You will be part of the 3D design team by concepting & designing our new collections and bespoke customer requests. You will become a pillar in a dynamic creative environment.

  • 2D/3D Concepting.
  • Create 3D models based on 2D/3D concepts or received briefings.
  • Posing of 3D models.
  • Post-production tasks.
  • Pre-production tasks.
  • Work closely with the prototyping department to follow printing schedules.
  • Own and align your 3D projects.
  • Report to the Studio Manager and work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Video game Development or approximate equivalent education through work experience and/or other course work.
  • Creative.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch & English in both writing and speaking.
  • Competent anatomical knowledge.
  • Competent retopology knowledge.
  • Proficient Rig knowledge.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of 3D Design/CAD and 3D scanning.
  • Affinity with Fashion is a plus.
  • Team player.
  • Proficient knowledge of Zbrush.
  • Proficient knowledge of Maya.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Competent knowledge of Unreal Engine, Octane or other rendering software.

PRINTING3D PRINTING PROCESSOR

You support our prototyping department by processing 3D models and preparing them for print. Needless to say that you work in a structured way and always know what you are doing.

SALESINTERNATIONAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

The role of International Sales Account Manager (ISAM) is a critical role for the growth of the company.
There is considerable potential to grow our current market share worldwide with both new and existing
customer accounts. This growth will come from geographical expansion and from developing our sales
networks in existing markets. After an intensive/ thorough introduction period the ISAM will be co-responsible
for maximizing the sales revenue.

Also emerging markets are a very important part of the role. The position will involve a degree of
international travel.

The role is suited to a confident and structured sales professional, who has a great understanding of
International Sales with experience in a similar role.
You report to the Int. Business Manager of the company and you work closely together with the Sales
Manager NL and the International Customer Service department.

  • Set short- and long-term international sales strategies together with the international business manager.
  • Prepare action plans for an effective search for international sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans in order to penetrate emerging markets.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding international sales performance.
  • Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations to partners, customers and internal staff.

  • Experience with project work in international market preferred, fluency in different European or other
    related language is a major plus. English is a requirement.
  • International experience with an emphasis on international business development required.
  • Internationals Sales and Business Development work experience required. Proven trackrecord preferred.
  • Must have above average computer and technical skills to navigate the communication barriers of
    frequent international travel. Able to activate social networks to generate leads.
